Side B: ‘Swamp Thang’, ‘Straight Thru Your Head’
This single is from Transvision Vamp’s third and final album ‘Little Magnets versus The Bubble Of Babble’ and samples an artist called Dr. John, in particular two songs of his: ‘Gris Gris GumboYa Ya’ and ‘Walk On Gilded Splinters’ . Throughout the whole album the band are building on their sound, from the original glam rock pop roots to more dirty rock n roll. The artwork is by famous and valuable fashion photographer Enrique Badulescu, who not only photographs but makes enormous collages of those photos. He was hired to make a few enormous collages which would become the templates of covers and posters and promotion for the duration of the ‘Little Magnets’ campaign.

RACINE 2 Picture Disc Vinyl 12″ LP w/ Fully Printed Inner-Sleeve and Jacket
This is Wendy’s second official solo album. (*Not including her post Transvision Vamp previous release, a collaboration with Elvis Costello). RACINE 2 was recorded in New Jersey and Brooklyn, USA and mixed in Brooklyn, USA and Tokyo, Japan. It has 11 original songs on it and really planted the flag for Wendy’s production and sound going forward. Under the name Racine, Wendy wrote and produced and co-mixed this album and made clear her musical intentions. RACINE 2 only ever came out on CD in 2006. Now, here it is on Picture Disc Vinyl, with fully printed matte inner-sleeve and jacket cover, consistent with the original artwork of RACINE 2.
